A CONVERSATION WITH BUSINESS IN MIND

More room
for practical solutions.

In a business dispute, understanding the past matters alongside the ability to move forward. Mediation allows the parties to discuss their interests, risks and practical terms for an agreement.

Mediation services

Commercial mediation

The parties can explore flexible arrangements: a payment schedule, a way to fulfil obligations, a financial settlement or terms for continuing cooperation. The mediator guides the discussion; business decisions remain with the participants.

Common topics

  • Outstanding payments and repayment schedules
  • Performance of contracts and contractual settlements
  • Disputes between business partners or shareholders
  • Terms for continuing or ending cooperation

Participants may be supported by their legal representatives. Before signing a settlement, they should also consider its legal, accounting and tax implications.

How to prepare

  1. 01

Establish who can represent the business and approve a proposed solution.

  2. 02

Prepare the key contract, a statement of amounts outstanding and the relevant deadlines.

  3. 03

Decide what matters most: payment, performance of the contract, continued cooperation or bringing the relationship to an orderly close.

Online mediation

Distance need not
stop the conversation.

Online mediation lets participants join from different locations. We work with cases from Kraków, Małopolska and across Poland; participation from abroad is arranged individually.

The remote format is agreed with all participants. You need a quiet space, a reliable connection and conditions that allow free and confidential participation.
