Your answers stay in the current browser tab. The site does not save them in a database, cookies or local storage and does not send them automatically. The copy button places the text on your device’s clipboard. The email button passes the draft to your email application; you send the message yourself.
How the site operates
The site’s code does not install advertising or analytics tools. The server processes technical connection data, including IP address, request time and browser information, to operate and secure the site, based on the controller’s legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). Embedded Google Maps connect to Google servers and may transmit your IP address and browser information under that provider’s policies. You can disable the map using the button below it. Map and contact-prompt preferences are stored locally in your browser and are not sent to the Foundation.
Purpose and basis of contact
We process correspondence to answer enquiries and arrange contact under GDPR Article 6(1)(f), or Article 6(1)(b) where you request pre-contractual steps. Statutory obligations are handled under Article 6(1)(c). Data processing within mediation itself is explained separately. Providing information in an enquiry is voluntary. Without contact details, we may be unable to reply.
Recipients and retention
Hosting, email and technical service providers may process data as necessary, as may legally authorised authorities. Contact data is retained for handling the matter and subsequently to the extent justified by legal duties or the establishment, exercise or defence of claims.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing. You may also complain to the Polish data protection authority, UODO. The enquiry builder does not make automated decisions with legal effects.
External services
Embedded Google Maps, links to Apple Maps, official registers, legal sources and your email application have their own privacy rules. Public documents exclude personal details withheld from publication.
Website search
The website downloads a public search index and filters it in your browser. Search keywords are not sent to an external search engine or analytics service. On submission, the keyword is included in the page URL, so it may be saved in your browser history or appear when you share that address. Do not enter personal data or confidential details of a dispute.
